I was born in October 1993 in Cork, Ireland. From an early age i have always drawn and painted, encouraged and guided by both of my parents. When I was younger I used to copy my fathers paintings, using the same materials as he, and then i moved on to painting from photographs of landscapes and animals, developing my own style as i went along. I also draw from life, my subject matter being portraits and still lifes.
       I paint and draw things which I find interesting or beautiful, and i strive to catch the interest or beauty in my picture. Between schoolwork and leisure activities, its hard to find time to paint and draw. I do art in school but its very limited material and subject wise. I have won awards in and outside of school for art. I have won many awards from the Credit Union competitions and also won a Tidy Towns competition and had my work published on the cover of a calender. I also do lots of paintings as presents for friends.
       I am hoping to build up a number of paintings so my work can be displayed in an exhibition. My recent paintings are in Thea's Gallery.
